Terraria Won't Start (Windows 10)

Hi forum

I can't start Terraria at the moment. When I try to launch through Steam or with the exe the furthest I can get is the title screen before I get a crash to desktop. I've tried verifying the game cache and running in different compatibility modes and resolutions but nothing has worked. I've tried reinstalling with Steam and by deleting all Terraria folders manually but I still get the same problem.
