TERRARRIA WONT LAUNCH FROM STEAM

Hi Guys,

I just downloaded steam and Terraria on a new hard drive and it will only show the "preparing to laucnh" screen and the game for a second before closing without error. It shows im in game on steam for 10 seconds.

I get this error code when I enable logs:
