Setup up Two Instances of Terraria Service to run on Linux (Mint)

So I've been playing Terraria for less than a month and I've put in over 90 hours at this point. Somewhere in there I decided I needed my own server. I had this decent machine running linux mint that was really not doing anything. After a bit of reading I decided it needed to live out the remainder of its days as a Terraria server. I was able to follow a guide and setup the server software to run and it works great!

Then I decided I needed MULTIPLE simultaneous worlds to run on this machine...
