Hello, I recently started playing Terraria again after a few months of taking a break. However, once I booted and started up a brand new world, something strange caught my eye. The ground lighting was constantly moving! It would start and stop at seemingly random (but very short) intervals, and was nearly impossible to ignore. And thus began my quest to fix this issue. I looked for hours, trying to find any documentation or similar problems. But to no avail; Most similar issues...
