FPS drops

Hello,

i recently got a lot of FPS drops in Terraria and i dont know why.
Normaly i have 60 FPS and it often drops down to 47-49 FPS.
I already set the priority to high but that didnt worked.



In this video you can see on the top left that i had 60 FPS but then it dropped to about 47-48 FPS.
And even when i am not recording i get FPS drops.
Maybe you guys know a solution.
PC Specs:
Nvidia GTX 1060
8GB Ram
AMD FX 8320 8-Core
